SkyAlps Expands Flight Routes with New Connection from Dresden to Bolzano

SkyAlps, the Bolzano-based airline, is set to broaden its flight network with the addition of a new connection from Dresden to the capital of South Tyrol. Starting from December 10th of this year, passengers will be able to enjoy the convenience of flying to Bolzano directly from Dresden.

The new connection will be serviced twice a week, with flights departing from Dresden on Wednesdays at 15:55 and on Sundays at 19:10. The flight time to Bolzano will be approximately 90 minutes, making it a quick and efficient way to reach this popular destination.

SkyAlps operates flights with modern, particularly quiet Dash 8-400Q turboprops, which feature 76 seats. These aircraft are known for their comfort and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for passengers.

In addition to the new connection, SkyAlps currently connects Bolzano with several other cities, including Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Hannover, Kassel-Calden (seasonal), London Gatwick, Antwerp in Belgium, Brindisi, Cagliari, Catania, Lamezia Terme, Olbia, Brac in Croatia, Kefalonia and Corfu in Greece, and the islands of Ibiza and Menorca in Spain.

The on-board service is included in the ticket price for SkyAlps flights, and passengers can look forward to enjoying South Tyrolean specialties, such as Schüttelbrot, and select South Tyrolean quality wines. SkyAlps offers a monthly changing wine list with 4 top wines on board, providing a taste of the region's finest offerings.
