Witness called amidst escape of electric scooter operator following vehicle collision
In the heart of Essen, Germany, an unexpected incident took place on Kupferdreher Straße on Friday evening, August 15th. An E-scooter and a car collided, leaving the rider of the E-scooter with injuries and fleeing the scene.
The rider, described as around 1.60 meters tall, had a southern appearance, black hair, and was wearing a headscarf and a grey jogging suit. The rider also had both wrists bandaged, suggesting they were injured in the accident.
The accident occurred in the driveway on Kupferdreher Straße. Despite the injuries, the rider did not provide any personal information or stay at the scene after the accident.
Authorities are investigating the incident and are seeking witnesses to provide any information they may have. The Traffic Commission 1 has also requested more witnesses to come forward.

The E-scooter rider, whose identity is unknown, was likely slightly injured in the accident. It is reported that the rider was approximately 14 years old.
