Art Workshop: Learn to Draw Realistic Portraits with Riswane Rowinski
On Friday, September 12, from 3 pm to 6 pm, Riswane Rowinski, an artist renowned for explaining quick and realistic portrait drawing techniques, will be conducting a workshop at the school and community library on Schulallee 11 in Rumeln-Kaldenhausen.
This workshop is designed for young people aged 10 to 14 and will cover both portrait construction and creating personal artwork. All necessary materials for the workshop will be provided.
If you're interested in attending, registration is available online on the website www.stadtbibliothek-unser-raum.de under "Events". For any questions regarding the workshop, you can contact the library team personally or by phone at 02151 41908158.
Participants will learn directly from Riswane Rowinski, as she guides them through the process of drawing quick and realistic portraits. Those who have already drawn can bring their work for additional tips and inspiration.
The participation fee for the workshop is 2 euros, which supports the Duisburger Bibliotheksstiftung. It's important to note that registration and information are separate from the participation fee and material provision.
This workshop is part of the Kulturrucksack NRW program, a cultural initiative aimed at promoting arts and creativity.
The library's opening hours for inquiries are Tuesday to Friday from 10:30 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
