On May 22, 2025, a single-vehicle accident occurred on the Nimweger Straße between Kleve and Kranenburg. This incident, which took place at approximately 1:12 AM, has been the subject of a report released by the Kreispolizeibehörde Kleve and subsequently published by news aktuell.
