Zentner Scherer GmbH, a subsidiary of the Scherer Sanitary House Group, is relocating its headquarters from Rodgau to Dietzenbach. This move, which was approved by the city council of Dietzenbach on August 29, 2025, signifies a significant event for the city and the region.

The new headquarters will be an architecturally demanding ensemble, consisting of a circular administration, presentation, and workshop building, as well as a separate hall for storage, assembly, and repair. This modern and ecological construction project is expected to set new standards for both the Zentner Scherer GmbH employees and local healthcare.

CEO Hans-Werner Scherer emphasized the strategic and emotional significance of the location choice. He stated that the decision for Dietzenbach is an expression of the company's connection to the Rhine-Main region. This strong commitment to the region is also reflected in the company's growth, with over 350 employees across 30 locations in the Rhine-Main region.

Zentner Scherer GmbH exceeds the target of ten jobs per 1,000 square meters of commercial space. The new headquarters will incorporate sustainable features such as heat recovery, photovoltaic systems, and retention areas, demonstrating the company's dedication to environmental responsibility.

Michael Krtsch, head of economic development, stated that the combination of ecological construction, modern architecture, and regional anchoring shows how corporate development can look today.
